A survey to assess a potential employee without discrimination

I ran across this survey in hunting for employment opportunities and I thought it was very interesting because it says that it cannot discriminate people based on the information given. This is a good way to assess an individual without having them divulging any information regarding race, gender, religion, age or learning curve, intelligence or any abnormalities. They only measure work related behaviors!
